"We would love to get together with you all for a bit of a para-lab social. We're thinking a city meander without too much of an agenda, followed by pub. We hope this sounds OK and few of you will be able to come.

We'll walk along the canal from Piccadilly station and call in at whatever is on at Castlefield Gallery and Home then loop back to a nice pub somewhere for a beer/coffee
